‘Google’ Is Now A Verb

Google as verb 'Google' has been added to Oxford English Dictionary (OED) as a verb, just like what happened to 'Xerox' long time ago. I'm afraid that this will be a common sentence one day:

I used Yahoo to google for books.

I find it interesting to know the fact it has been accepted formally, although I've been using 'google' as a verb all the while.
