Troublesome Adobe Acrobat Reader Updater

February 15th, 2006

I've been using Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 for quite a long time. The program had been prompting me to update it for months. I ignored it until today. I remember I ticked 3 components (without aware of what components are they) for update. It took not much time to download all the required files. After that, it prompted me to install the first component. Then, I was required to restart my PC. The same went to the second component. Luckily it didn't ask me to restart again for the third component!

Hey, Adobe, what's the matter with your updater? Do I really need to restart my PC twice to update my Acrobat Reader?

If my article helped you solved your problem, consider buy me a beer!

Oh. You also kena. It prompt me earlier today and I ignored it. Hanged my Acrobat reader after that and cannot use until I log out and back in again.
