You can use FEBE....its a firefox addon for backing up all the settings, plugins ...yu name it......yu can backup all the stuff in a desired folder...and copy them to desired destination...then open FEBE using firefox..it will install the addon first...then use the FEBE options to install the rest of the stuff yu collected.....</description>
